## On the Coursera ⚠️ Ones

Most of the Coursera entries above are free to fully study — all lectures, readings, and assignments — but the shareable certificate costs money. A few options if you want the cert:

- **Financial aid:** Coursera offers full financial aid on almost every course. The application takes ~15 minutes and approval usually comes in 2 weeks. This is legitimate and widely used.
- **Free trial:** Some courses let you start a 7-day free trial, complete the course, and get the cert before being charged.
- **Coursera Plus:** $59/month (or ~$200/year) gives unlimited certs across the whole platform — worth it if you're doing several in one stretch.

The content alone is still worth doing even without the cert, but the financial aid route is probably the cleanest path for getting the actual certificate for free.
